Hundreds attended the funeral of boxing legend Brendan Ingle at Sheffield Cathedral. Ingle Brendan died in May, aged 77 at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, from a brain hemorrhage. Sheffield Doc/Fest hosted another world premiere with the launch of Boys Who Like Girls, a film set in Mumbai that explores male violence and masculinity. The film describes a young teenager called Ved who comes from a violent home in the Mumbai slums. After joining a project aiming to foster healthy masculinity he realises there may be a brighter path than the one paved by his abusive and controlling father. A power cut in Sheffield city centre left commuters delayed and hundreds of businesses without electricity. The incident happened at around 11:30am on Tuesday and followed an underground explosion on Charles Street. Businesses affected were without power for nearly two hours.
