Christmas and Bank holidays are the loneliest times for over sixteen thousand people over fifty in Sheffield. That’s according to Age Better, a campaign aiming to tackle social isolation across the city. They are hosting two Christmas lunch events this year for people who would be alone on Christmas Day.
