Yorkshire Ambulance Service have launched a ‘save a life app’ for mobile phone which shows where the nearest external defibrillator can be found from over a thousand external across the country. A plaque has been unveiled in Sheffield Peace Gardens to mark the founding of the National Market Traders Federation, founded in 1899 at the Wentworth Cafe on Pinstone Street. The NMTF is now headquartered in Barnsley and has over 20,000 members who trade at markets, fairs and festivals across the country. Sheffield’s Blowfish Theatre company will bring their latest production, Trump the Musical, to Theatre Deli in May, after touring in London, Birmingham and Manchester. The satirical show takes on US politics follows last year’s success with the company’s first production, Boris the Musicals.
