Queen Elizabeth the second has become Britain’s longest reigning monarch, passing the record set by her great-great-grandmother, Queen Victoria. She’s reigned for sixty three years and seven months. The Queen, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, has been working as usual today. She’s visited Edinburgh, Midlothian and Tweedbank for the Scottish Borders Railway opening celebrations. The Royal couple made a steam train journey with Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
