Jos Luhukay has been officially unveiled as the new manager of Sheffield Wednesday with the challenge of returning the team to top flight football. The Dutchman, who has spent most of his managing career in the lower leagues in Germany, arrived at Hillsborough after Carlos Carvalhal left the club by mutual agreement on Christmas Eve. Owls chairman, Dejphon Chansiri, has asked the new manager to “finish the job” by getting the club back into the Premier league. Luhukay’s first match will be against arch rivals Sheffield United on Friday. Baillor Jalloh reports for Sheffield Live!
