Hundreds of women filled up the Peace Gardens to join in the Break the Chain flash dance. The event has women all around the world joining together to fight against all violence against women every where and to celebrate the courage of survivors.

Thursday is national voter registration day and people will get support at the local Dimensions office on Meeting House Lane, Sheffield.
A group of volunteers help keep Sheffield’s rivers and canals clean by coming out in all sorts of weather to pick up rubbish and cut back vegetation. The Friends of The Blue Loop spend one week cleaning the canals and the following week cleaning the river, occasionally uncovering hidden treasures.
