Sheffield City Council has announced that there will be 11 more 20 mph zones introduced in the City. The Twenty’s Plenty campaign is saying that though Sheffield was pioneering in this area in the 1990s’ it is now falling behind a lot of the other major Cities and needs to introduce even more such speed restrictions.
