Moor Market closes to the public

The Moor Market has shut its doors to the public until further notice to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The market was one of few businesses that had remained opened since the government ordered people to stay home and practice social distancing. Baillor Jalloh reports for Sheffield Live!

Archbishop of York visits The Moor Market

The Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, has visited the Moor Market in Sheffield as part of the Crossroads Mission in the region. He’s visited many locations including schools, universities, churches, community centres and pubs. His visit involves twenty one other bishops, including Bishop Libby Lane, the first woman to be appointed as a Bishop in the Church of England. He spoke to a number of traders in the Moor Market.
