This training is split into two parts, giving learners a holistic and extensive training package. The first part considers how we can change our mindset to help us reach our long-term goals, adopting habits which will help us sustain our healthy living choices and not slip back into bad habits. The first part will be delivered by a skilled trainer and NLP Practitioner who practices Clinical Hypnotherapy. The second part focuses on nutrition with tips and tricks to help us navigate the obesogenic environment and get food that’s good for us onto our plate. This part will be delivered by a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

Learners will need to attend ALL four sessions from 09:30 – 12:30:

24th October – Confidence and NLP for Weight Control

7th November – Mindfulness and Self-Hypnosis for Weight Control

14th November – Healthy Living

21st November – Weight Literacy

We do understand that due to hectic lifestyles and multiple responsibilities that you may not be able to make all four of the sessions or due to childcare responsibilities you may need to arrive late/leave early. As parents ourselves we understand this, but we hope you will also understand that as this training is free and the places are funded by the Erasmus+ programme, those who can attend all four sessions will be given preference in the application process, we ask that people who do apply can attend at least three out of the four sessions. Unfortunately, we also cannot provide childcare at the venue.
