Charity toolkit aims to reduce isolation

The initiative, launched at the Terminus Café in Lowedges, provides a menu of options and things to do in Beauchief and Greenhill Ward to help older people connect, stay active and engage in the local community. Sheffield Live! reporter Azz Mohammed spoke to Hannah Thornton of Age Better in Sheffield.
